Description

Well-used Vintage 1 1/2″ Firmer Chisel manufactured by W K & G Peace, Eagle Works, Sheffield. Big, strong old boy and it’s certainly earned its keep by the looks of it. Came to me needing some love and I’ve done what I can. It’s a lovely thing.

Re-ground and honed, flattened the back and spliced a piece of hardwood into the splintered handle. Feels lovely in the hand, and you’ll just know there are years of work left in him yet. Clear maker’s mark with a brass ferrule
