A restoration project I’ve had hanging around too long, and another good example of a Vintage Record No 4. Had a full weekend at it and got three nice Record planes back to life and ready to work again. Yet another to bear the scars of battle but it’s a good solid example and will make an excellent user. Tote has had an epoxy repair and is very strong.
Stripped, oiled, cleaned, honed and reassembled. Works well, as it should.
