Very nice Vintage Stanley 5 1/2 Jack Plane. Just what vintage I can’t tell you but what a beast. I had the best time taking this apart, cleaning, oiling every piece and reassembling etc. Very satisfying! Bears minimal signs of wear, paint chipped slightly to the heel as shown. Cambered iron honed nice and sharp and takes a mean shaving. Lightly flattened with abrasive paper on a ceramic slab. Can also tell you it was owned by Mr F Wild because his name’s allover it! Lovely thing to use with no effort. Really feels like something when you have it in your hands.
